The course covers the main stages of bankruptcy proceedings, with a focus on the practical aspect of a lawyer handling a bankruptcy case in court. Video lectures cover the key points of the law on bankruptcy: who and under what conditions may apply to arbitration court for debtor bankruptcy, how to include your claim against the debtor in the creditor claims register, how the formation of bankrupt estate, sale of debtor property by auction and repayment of creditors, how to deal with abuses of debtor affiliates and those who control debtors, and how to hold them liable. Complex and controversial issues are discussed with experts in the field of bankruptcy – legal consultants, bankruptcy administrators, representatives of credit organizations.

In each topic you will find an extensive compilation of judicial practice, on the basis of which you can form your legal position in court. In addition, you will share drafts of procedural documents that have been used in actual bankruptcy proceedings.
